The Skills Manager provides the capacity to record individual employees’ personal training plans, to monitor their progress through their individual training programs and keep a record of the skills and or competencies that they have developed; more importantly provides the data that is necessary to case manage a trainee / employee along the skills / competency development pathway designed by an oranisation to meet its organisational skills needs (expressed as skills sets and or competency based terms).
